border: 2px dotted rgb(52, 114, 53); padding: 20px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tip Membuat PCB&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Buat layout PCB menggunakan beberapa software yang ada seperti Eagle Layout editor, Orcad atau Protel.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hasil dari layout PCB yang sudah anda buat, kemudian anda cetak ke kertas bontax (kertas alas sticker yang biasanya berwarna kuning dan ada bagian licinnya) dengan menggunakan printer laser. Atau jika anda tidak memiliki printer laser, maka anda print ke kertas HVS kemudian fotokopi ke kertas bontax (ingat layout difotokopi ke bagian kertas bontax yang licin).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tempelkan layout PCB yang ada dikertas bontax ke PCB polos yang sudah dibersihkan. Kemudian setrikalah secara merata kertas tersebut, agar bubuk toner printer dapat menempel dengan baik ke PCB polos.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah disetrika, maka kertas tersebut akan menempel ke PCB. Rendam PCB beserta kertas yang menempel di PCB kedalam air, kemudian tarik kertas tersebut, maka anda akan mendapatkan gambar layout PCB pada PCB polos anda.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Siapkan air panas secukupnya kedalam baskom plastik kurang lebih 700ml (digunakan untuk merendam PCB). Masukkan larutan Ferri Clorit dan aduk, sampai merata. Rendam PCB kedalam larutan tersebut, sambil di goyang perlahan2. Ketika Kumparan primer dihubungkan dengan sumber tegangan bolak-balik, perubahan arus listrik pada kumparan primer menimbulkan medan magnet yang berubah. Medan magnet yang berubah diperkuat oleh adanya inti besi dan dihantarkan inti besi ke kumparan sekunder, sehingga pada ujung-ujung kumparan sekunder akan timbul ggl induksi. Dioda mempunyai dua elektroda: bahan positifnya di sebut &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Anoda &lt;/span&gt; dan bahan negatifnya disebut &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Katoda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dioda hanya dapat dialiri arus satu arah saja, sehingga banyak di pakai untuk aplikasi  &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;rangkaian Penyearah (Rectifier).&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Macam-macam type dioda: &lt;br /&gt;1. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;DUS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Terbuat dari bahan &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Silikon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diantaranya : BA127, BAY61, BA211,BAX13,IN914,IN4148&lt;br /&gt;2. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;DUG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Terbuat dari bahan &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Germanium&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diantaranya :OA85, OA91, AA116&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jenis  Dioda:&lt;br /&gt;1. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dioda germanium&lt;/span&gt; yaitu dioda yang terbuat dari bahan Germanium.&lt;br /&gt;2. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dioda Silikon&lt;/span&gt; Yaitu dioda yang terbuat dari bahan silikon.&lt;br /&gt;3. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dioda Silenium&lt;/span&gt; yaitu dioda yang terbuat dari bahan silenium.&lt;br /&gt;4. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dioda Zener&lt;/span&gt; yaitu dioda yang terbuat dari bahan zener dan banyak digunakan dalam rangkaian &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Catu daya&lt;/span&gt; sebagai &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Stabilisator.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dioda cahaya&lt;/span&gt; sering di sebut LED.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;LED &lt;/span&gt;merupakan singkatan dari &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ligt Emiting Dioda&lt;/span&gt; yaitu dioda yang terbuat dari bahan Ga (Galium), As dan Fosfor yang dapat mengeluarkan cahaya. Led merupakan product  temuan lain setelah dioda. Strukturnya juga sama dengan dioda, tetapi belakangan di temukan bahwa elektron yang menerjang sambungan anoda dan katoda juga melepaskan energy panas dan energy cahaya.&lt;br /&gt;Pada dasarnya semua warna dapat dihasilkan, namun akan menjadi sangat mahal dan tidak effisien. Dalam pemasangan di papan rangkaian (PCB), boleh dibolak-balik karena tidak mempunyai kaki positif dan negatif. Mempunyai kapasitas mulai dari beberapa piko Farad sampai dengan ratusan Nano Farad (nF). Dengan tegangan kerja maksimal 25 volt sampai 100 volt, tetapi ada juga yang sampai ribuan volt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Contoh misal pada badannya tertulis = 203, nilai kapasitasnya = 20.000 pF = 20 nF = 0,02 µF.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jika pada badannya tertulis = 502, nilai kapasitasnya = 5.000 pF = 5 nF = 0,005 µF&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Kondensator polyester&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pada dasarnya sama saja dengan kondensator keramik begitu juga cara menghitung nilainya. Bentuknya persegi empat seperti permen. Biasanya mempunyai warna merah, hijau, coklat dan sebagainya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Kondensator kertas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kondensator kertas ini sering disebut juga kondensator feeder. Misal pada radio dipasang seri dari spul osilator ke variabel condensator.
